Currently there are a total of five ranks, four of which can be obtained by our members. These are recruit, soldier, officer, commander, and supreme commander. I'll go into more detail on each of these ranks below.
Recruit:
The starting rank of all new outfit members. Recruits have to prove their loyalty before being promoted to the rank of soldier, and generally have a serving time of less than four hours. They follow their superiors' commands without question.
Soldier:
The combatant rank of regular outfit members. Soldiers have proven their loyalty to the outfit by having a serving time of at least four hours, and have been judged as being worthy additions to the team by their superiors. Although they may advice their superiors and make suggestions, they generally follow orders without question.
Officer:
The first strategist rank. Officers have shown that they are capable of leading squads and can be depended on to lead when asked by a superior. One qualifies to become an officer either when one is directly asked by a superior (commander or supreme commander), or when one simply wants to apply for the position. All would-be officers are evaluated before they are promoted to that position.
Commander:
The second strategist rank. Commanders have shown that they are capable of leading platoons and can be depended on to lead when asked by a superior. One qualifies to become a commander either when one is directly asked by a superior (supreme commander), or when one simply wants to apply for the position. All would-be commanders are evaluated before they are promoted to that position.
Supreme commander (non-obtainable):
The highest strategist rank. The supreme commander has the task of leading and managing the entire outfit, and asks the help of his subordinates when needed. This rank is reserved for the leader of the outfit.
